My full home inspection is a comprehensive evaluation of the interior and exterior of your home. The non-invasive inspection is based on my observations of the visible and accessible areas of the structure, its systems and components. Following your inspection, you will receive a comprehensive report, complete with photos, that includes information on any material defects I observed on the date of the inspection. I follow the Standards of Practice as well as the Code of Ethics set forth by InterNACHI for every inspection. I use Homegauge software to provide an easy to read, non-jargon filled report. Also, I use video clips in my reports which my customers really appreciate!!
Review our Standards of Practice at www.nachi.org/sop.htm for complete details.
Radon is the leading cause of lung cancer among non-smokers in the U.S. The EPA and Florida Department of Health recommend ALL homes be tested no matter the construction type, age, or location. We test in partnership with Radalink Monitors. Call us today to schedule your Radon Inspection.
In order to provide financing and/or discounts, many lenders and insurers require property owners to obtain certain types of inspections. I offer the following types:
- WIND MITIGATION INSPECTION: To determine the presence of storm-mitigation devices and construction techniques. It is a 4 page, 7 section report, with pictures following. This inspection can save most homeowners money, some a lot of money! I normally spend 45-60 minutes doing the physical part of this inspection.
- 4-POINT INSPECTION: To determine the age and condition of the roof covering, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Normally your insurance company will let you know that you need this to be done. It is a four page/four section report with photos. It usually takes 45 minutes to complete this inspection.
- ROOF CONDITION CERTIFICATION: To determine the age and condition of the roof. This is another inspection that your insurance company will let you know that you need this to be done. This usually takes 30 minutes to complete.
