Thorough, professional and friendly to work with. Handled issues with the seller/selling agent on some requirements they failed to meet for a radon inspection and was able to complete the inspection despite the agents lack of professionalism. Would highly recommend.

I requested Toby last minute and he was able to help me out quick! He did a thorough job and he was very respectful! The only thing I would suggest is I wish he could give me estimations on how much repairs would cost.

Toby did a great job. I initially asked for one type of inspection, but I ended up needing two other types. During the inspection Toby took all of the pictures and made all of the notes that he would need for any other inspections just in case I needed them. By thinking ahead, being prepared, and being thorough I was able to get the other inspection reports that I needed quickly and at a lower cost than if he would have had to go back out to do these inspections. He had the inspection reports to me the same day, which surprised me because I thought that I would have to wait a few days.
